2015 Reflection + Favorite Looks

2015 has been an incredible  year from me. In January I flew to London to study abroad for a semester. In London, I’ve traveled and immersed myself with many beautiful cultures. Not only have I learned about a different part of the world, but I’ve also learned a great deal about myself, like the ability to be independent, creative, free, and confident.

In 2015, I’ve also accomplished a dream of mine, to intern for E! News and NBC Universal. Since I was in high school, I made it my goal to intern for E! during my last semester of college, and I am proud that I have achieved that goal.

In December, I completed my last semester of college, and although NYU’s graduation commencement is in May, I am officially a college graduate.

I am glad I shared my adventures on my blog, and am grateful for those who have read and kept up with it. Some of the most heart-warming things I’ve heard all year came from those who told me that they followed this blog and looked forward for more posts.

One thing I have a passion for is writing about my style, and sharing my outfit choices while traveling. I decided to reflect on some of my favorite looks of 2015, which also includes some of my favorite places I have visited!

I absolutely loved this white short sleeve vintage print top with shorts that I wore during a summer photoshoot in Malibu, California.

My magenta MARYEll scarf that I wore my first day in Barcelona, with a white top and shirt, a light pink jacket, and my Ted Baker white/black purse.

This beautiful ivory laced backless top from Zara during my visit to the Acropolis in Athens, Greece during Spring Break.

This sailor inspired look with my green printed TopShop skirt, AQUA white jacket, and white Sperrys at the Boboli Gardens in Florence, Italy.

This BCBG Max Azria top and skirt in Paris, France by the Locks of Love bridge.

In Paris, I enjoyed this delicious Ladurèe macroon in front of the Eiffel tower, wearing my MARYEll scarf with my magenta Ted Baker coat, and a leather pleated black skirt.

I managed to keep my white BCBG coat clean while climbing up to the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. The indigo scarf I am wearing is also one of my favorites, and I am so happy it didn’t blow away with the wind.

Belgium was my first weekend trip that I planed while in London. I’m wearing my black and white floral skirt from Nordstrom, a simple white long-sleeve crop top, my black BCBG A-line coat, and my fur hat/headband to keep me warm.

Ring Ring

Photographed “calling” home from London (haha no, the telephone booth actually didn’t smell too delightful). Wearing my white coat, black leather pleated skirt, and my multi-colored Zara top.

During the summer, I loved wearing this multi-print top with shorts! The combo was loose, comfortable, and most importantly, colorful.

During NYFW Fall 2015, I’ve noticed the bloggers and celebs sporting the over-the-shoulder jacket look. I tried it myself with my suede/leather black jacket, grey crop top, and black mini skirt.

Lastly, this is a simple look that I put together that looked great for work as well as for school. It’s a black A-line skirt with pantyhose and booties, and a white button-down shirt with a black Pep bloom jacket.

I hope you all enjoyed 2015 as much as I did, and I look forward to sharing more in 2016! Stay happy and healthy everyone!
